Elephants drink from their favorite watering hole on the plains of Botswana, the spectral reflections of their predators looking up at them from the water's surface.

Jacqueline seeks to call attention to the endangerment and slow resurrection of African wildlife with her "Against the Vanishing" series, of which this piece is a part. Jacqueline photographed the images in this composition in Botswana.
